Resumen
El presente artÃculo enfocado en el caso argentino, propone analizar en un contexto de recuperación económica y del empleo dos tendencias visibles en el mercado de trabajo. Por un lado, un fortalecimiento de las instituciones laborales junto con la
revitalización del poder de negociación sindical. Por otro, las estrategias empresariales de subcontratación y flexibilidad externa que precarizan las modalidades de contratación y estimulan la competencia entre los sindicatos. Esta investigación se inscribe en el campo de estudio de las relaciones laborales comparadas y observa dimensiones tales como el empleo, la remuneración y la negociación colectiva,
tomando como caso el sector de alimentación.

Abstract
Recent trends of the labor relationships in Argentina: strengthening and scarcity in the food sector. The present article focused in the Argentinean case, propose to analyze
in an economical an employment recovery context, to visible tendencies within the labor market. On the one hand, a labor institutionÂ’s strengthening along with the revitalization of the union negotiation power. On the other hand, the outsourcing companiesÂ’ strategies and its external flexibility that impoverishes the hiring categories and stimulates the competition between the unions. This research is framed within the compared labor relationships study field and observes
such dimensions as the employment, compensation and collective negotiation, taking the case of the food sector.
